Terms of Service

By accessing or using Warsi (“Service”) at warsi.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Warsi is a stock analysis tool that evaluates ASX-listed stocks using the Warsi Criteria — a proprietary dual-score methodology for value investing and dividend income analysis, drawing on publicly documented principles from Warren Buffett and Luiz Barsi.

Our Service provides:

• Stock analysis scores (0-100) based on documented criteria
• Financial metrics extracted from public data sources
• Educational explanations of investment methodologies
• Pass/fail assessments against specific investment criteria

Scores are algorithmic outputs, not buy or sell recommendations. A high score does not mean a stock will perform well; a low score does not mean it will perform poorly.

Warsi uses data from third-party financial data providers to generate analysis. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
• You should verify critical financial data from official sources (company filings, ASX announcements) before making investment decisions
• Data providers may have their own terms of service that apply to the underlying data

Warsi's analysis is powered by Claude, an AI assistant developed by Anthropic. You acknowledge that:

• AI analysis has inherent limitations and may produce errors or inconsistencies
• The AI cannot predict future stock prices or market movements
• The AI does not have access to breaking news, insider information, or real-time market data
• The AI cannot account for management changes, pending litigation, regulatory actions, or other material events not reflected in historical data
• AI analysis is not a substitute for human judgement and professional advice

As a user of Warsi, you agree to:

• Conduct your own research before making any investment decisions
• Seek professional financial advice appropriate to your personal circumstances
• Understand the risks associated with investing in securities
• Not rely solely on Warsi scores or analysis for investment decisions
• Verify important data from primary sources
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without permission
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our content or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our scoring algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Warsi or present our analysis as your own

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for violations of these terms.

You may create an account using email (magic link) or Google OAuth authentication. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

Warsi offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor.

• Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Money-Back Guarantee: New Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Downgrades: If you cancel or your subscription expires, your account reverts to the Free tier. Existing data (watchlists, portfolios) is preserved but subject to Free tier limits.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers retain their current price until the end of their billing period.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card or bank account details.

By creating an account, you may receive the following email communications:

• Onboarding Emails: Educational sequences about how to use Warsi effectively
• Service Emails: Account-related notifications (subscription changes, security alerts)
• Support Responses: Replies to contact form submissions

You can unsubscribe from educational emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting admin@warsi.ai. Service-related emails (e.g., subscription confirmations) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Warsi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes:

• Our scoring methodology and algorithms
• Website design, graphics, and user interface
• Written content and educational materials
• The Warsi name and logo

Underlying stock data is provided by third-party sources and remains the property of their respective owners.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WARSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any investment losses or financial damages resulting from your use of or reliance on the Service
• Data inaccuracies or errors in third-party financial data
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Warsi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Abusive or harmful behaviour
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
